Worst Airline Experience Ever: Air Canada’s Response

Read it and discover that Air Canada only cares about the bottom line, not their customers. My recommendation? Don’t ever fly them! You won’t get any satisfaction if anything goes wrong, judging by this callous and insensitive response.
