Right next door to La Fonda is another place called: “Americanos.” The couple that run the place are almost certainly Americans, though we haven’t asked to be sure. We saw this place one day and decided to check out the menu. We liked what we saw and promised we’d come back.

Today we got our electricity bill from CFE (Comision Federal de Electricidad). We decided to go to the office to pay it, which was on the other sideo el centro, since we were planning to have breakfast at La Fonda.

The Trocadero restaurant is only a few short blocks away from where we live. We passed by it many times, had look at the menu and thought we’d like to go there for dinner. The restaurant specializes in tapas and we thought it would be a good way to go.

In this video, this man is fishing on the shores of La Paz with an net. He would walk slowly, waiting for fish to swim into his area, then cast the net. The fish he caught were bright and silvery. The ones he kept were roughly 6-10 inches long. He had a good-sized bucket of them.
