A few days ago, courtesy of some experiences I’ve had as of late, I’ve decided to write about my spiritual practice and to share what I’ve learned with others who have the same interest.

Today begins a new journey on my blog, one that I’ve never revealed publicly. In these posts you will be taken on a journey into my life, one that began, unbeknownst to me, when I was eleven years old and continues to this day.
