Mention Revenue Canada or the Canada Revenue Agency to many a Canadian and you’ll get a blank stare, a shocked look or a mask of fear. Many Canadians are terrified of this government agency and with good reason.

First off, I want to thank you for reading my blog. Today’s post is a really important message if you’re Canadian and/or pay taxes in Canada.

It’s very tempting to lay all the blame for where we are at the feet of the CRA, but I feel that’s only part of the truth. The reality is the government is firmly in control of the CRA and they do what they’re told to do by the government.

I’m writing to you about a show that’s a must-watch, especially if you’re a Canadian or live in Canada. It concerns the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and how they bludgeon the taxpayer into submission, even when they’re wrong.
