A Sampling of the Water Trucks in La Paz

A sampling of the local water trucks. Note the jingles. They’re not as loud as they could be, mostly because my camera’s microphone isn’t that great. At first, the sound is appealing, but it quickly gets to be irritating, especially if the water trucks come by about a dozen times in a day.

And in case you thought there was only one, nope, there are four, not to mention the ice cream truck, the gas truck, the cars blaring announcements and other individuals who like to crank their car stereos so loud that it shakes the building.
