Some of you may be wondering how I’m able to travel as I do. In the beginning, it was because of freelance writing, which allowed me to work anywhere. This was a big part of how I earned my living, until a few years ago. Then I discovered joint ventures.

In its simplest form, a joint venture is where two parties come together for the purpose of doing business. Here’s an example: let’s say I know someone who wants to buy property and I bring him together with a property owner and they do some business together. As a joint venture broker, I would make a commission. In my opinion, it’s one of the best ways of doing business.
