Worst Airline Experience Ever: Air Canada’s Response
Filed under: Nathan's Travel Tips; Tagged as: air canada, bad customer service, blaming the customer, misrepresentation, no customer satisfaction, no refunds, no responsibility, sales fraud, ticket fraud1 Comment
In a followup to my posting about Air Canada is this letter that I received, which really made my blood boil. Read it and discover that Air Canada only cares about the bottom line, not their customers. My recommendation? Don’t ever fly with them! You won’t get any satisfaction if anything goes wrong, judging by this callous and insensitive response.
