The reflection of a building in downtown San Diego.

San Diego has a very efficient railway system with tracks running above and below ground and several different types of trains.

A view of the road leading into downtown from the waterfront, just south of the San Diego airport.

Condos for sale in the Little Italy section of San Diego.

No explanation necessary.

San Diego city hall.

A statue behind city hall, facing the ocean.

The aircaft carrier Midway, now a museum.

A detail shot of the Midway. Words cannot express how much space is taken up by this boat.

One of the many cool signs in Little Italy.

A place where I had lunch. The food here was great.

An interesting deli. Lots of great food inside. I nearly did a face plant when I tripped over someones hamper. I forgot to look down.

In case you get lost……

Another one of those cool signs. This was a great place. If you’ve never been, it’s worth seeing. From what I could see, of my limited perspective, San Diego is a really clean city, but very expensive. If I recall correctly, a two bedroom condo in downtown was around $550,000.00.
