I came here many years ago for a family reunion. It was one of the last times I saw my father alive. Mission Bay is located on the water in San Diego.

Part of the amusement park here. As you’ll see in the coming photographs, this place was virtually deserted, unlike it was in the summer.

This place boasts the best breakfast on the beach. Sorry, but I beg to differ. The food wasn’t great and the coffee sucked.

The Mission Cafe’ interior, if you can call it that. Actually, it’s outside with heaters installed overhead, which helped, but it was a chilly day.

The walkway by the ocean. As you can see, there’s hardly anyone around.

Another view of the Mission Bay walk. The homes you see are vacation homes, for winter or summer, but from what I could see, there was hardly anyone around.
